Lead Designer, Connie Farley
As the Owner and CEO of Bella Home Interiors (BHI), Connie is the eyes, ears and design mastermind behind every project. For over two decades, she has designed and renovated spaces for her clients with their vision in mind; creating cohesive designs that honor their lifestyle. Her direct communication and interaction with every client provides the personal foundations of the long lasting relationships that BHI is built on.

In the ever changing world of Interior Design, Connie stays on top of new trends all while keeping timeless foundations in all of her projects. Attending educational seminars, furnishing markets such as High Point and Atlanta, and cultivating new vendor relations, she is a sponge for new and innovative ideas.

Connie lives in Mantua Twp, NJ with her husband, John and "puppy", Ringo. Outside of Design, when she can pull herself away from designing - she loves to travel within the US and abroad. On the weekends, you may find her walking in one of the many local parks, taking leisurely rides in her Jeep with "Ringo" or quite possibly at one of the local vineyards enjoying a glass of vino!

Connie began her Interior Design career over two decades ago as a window treatment specialist with the inception of Curtain Concepts, a full service window treatment company. After several years as an industry leader in the window treatment trade, Connie branched out into the field of Interior Decorating and Design, immersing herself with educational classes and certification courses. Transitioning her business to include interior design was the beginning of Bella Home Interiors in 2005. BHI has grown to be leader in the design and custom window treatment industry, serving their clients with professionalism, expertise and elegance.

Assistant Decorator
Shannon Sandau
The right hand of BHI, Shannon assists in every phase of a project's life cycles. As an integrated designer, she is certified in design, staging and re-decorating. She has learned from the best and continues to broaden her training and certifications in design and window treatments. With three active teens, she spends much of her free time her kids and husband. Beach vacations are a family favorite along with quality time with friends.
Designer in Training
Ringo
Meet Ringo, our Designer in Training. He is an integral part of the Design Process from testing out the best sofas for napping to great storage spaces for toys. Ringo keeps us on our toes by notifying us when deliveries or packages have arrived. He often joins us in the Studio to assist with client meetings and is always willing to accept a pat on the head for effort! And yes, he is named after one of the "Beatles"!
3D Design and Marketing
Mary Ryan
An interior designer by trade, Mary creates BHI's presentational 3D models and photorealistic renderings for real life representation of our client's projects. She also organizes all marketing efforts, social media and writes the monthly blog. Mary is an avid hiker and traveler and has explored almost every corner of the country! An Aunt, cat mom and plant connoisseur, she puts love and dedication into more than just her work!
